Accounts payable functions including entering vouchers and processing receipts and invoices into Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting system Data entry from various information sources into different systems Correspondence with external vendors and various internal parties and respond to inquiries Basic training or experience using MS Office software Experience with Great Plains would be an asset Post Secondary schooling in accounting or AP experience Ability to work independently and attention to detail for greater accuracy Good communication skills Grade 12 Diploma 3 years’ experience in a computerized office environment is an asset Basic accounting knowledge required
