We are looking for dedicated professionals to help customers with less-than-perfect credit navigate their way back to vehicle ownership, and this is where you come in.
At Bruce Auto Group, we are seeking a motivated, social media-savvy individual ready to build a high-income career as a Sales & Finance Specialist. Operating much like a mortgage broker but for vehicles, you will guide clients through a pre-approval process and match them with vehicles that meet their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

In todays market, 30% of shoppers face financial uncertainty and emotional embarrassment due to credit challenges. They dont need a pushy salesman; they need a trusted professional to lead them to financial clarity.
You will master theFinance First Method, a 3-step process where we secure the loan and terms before the customer ever touches a steering wheel. You arent just selling cars you are providing dignity, certainty, and a clear path to credit rebuilding.
What Youll Be Doing
Digital First Engagement:Most of your time is spent working online and over the phone qualifying leads via phone, message, and video calls using the customer manager CRM.
Financial Strategy:Taking credit applications and gathering the story behind the numbers to advocate for your clients with our lenders.
Personal Branding:Using social media to create content, generate your own leads, and build a personal brand.
Relationship Management:Building a repeat and referral business by following up and performing 6-month credit check-ins.
Closing & Delivery:Presenting approved vehicle options and arranging the final delivery in person.
What You Bring
Experience is NOT required:We hire for character and train for skill. Backgrounds in call center sales, hospitality, or general customer service are highly valued.
High Communication IQ:You are excellent on the phone, via message, and comfortable on camera.
Empathy & Grit:You are a deep listener who can handle sensitive financial conversations without judgment.
Professionalism:You are organized, self-motivated, and possess a valid drivers license.
