Job descriptionBakery Clerk – Engage and interact with member-owners and customers. Bake, package, price, and merchandise bakery products. Assist with decorating cakes and cupcakes. Be familiar with and follow all safety and food preparation procedures. Deli Clerk – Engage and interact with member-owners and customers.Cut, package, price and merchandise deli products. Prepare and cook fried chicken. Be familiar with and follow all safety and food preparation procedures. Meat Clerk - Engage and interact with member-owners and customers. Provide meal solutions suggestions and recommendations to member-owners and customers. Prepare and display butchered seasoned meat. Receive, wrap, price and merchandise meat products. Be familiar with and follow all safety and food preparation procedures. Produce Clerk - Engage and interact with member-owners and customers. Receive, stock and face produce products. Fill product displays following department standards. Assist with freight. Cut produce items for our value added program. Be familiar with and follow all safety and food preparation procedures. Customer Service Clerk - Engage and interact with member-owners and customers. Operate Point of Sale System to process customer transactions. Stock shelves with inventory. Process return transactions. Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures. Be familiar with and follow all safety procedures. Grocery Clerk - Engage and interact with member-owners and customers. Operate point of sale systems, assist with warehouse freight, dairy freight, popcorn station duties and cart retrieval. Maintain a display of products ensuring that they are stocked, faced and organized. Be familiar with and follow all safety procedures. You have Grade 10 education or equivalent retail and / or customer service experience You’re able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
