Role
Analyst Accounts Payable
Department : Accounting
Location : On site Laval QC (4204 Boulevard Industriel H7L 0E3)
Type of employment : Permanent Full Time (40 hours)
Responsibilities
- Under the responsibility of the Accounts Payable Supervisor the Accounts Payable Analyst supports the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and issuing payments.
- Enter invoices into the computer system;
- Reconcile data / purchases recorded at points of sale with account statements received from suppliers;
- Issue payment lists;
- Create accounting entries;
- Analyze various accounts;
- Respond to requests from various internal managers and suppliers;
- Perform any other related tasks.
