Do you enjoy data entry and find satisfaction in getting the details right Were looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support our busy Accounts Payable team in our Penticton office. If you have data entry experience and thrive in a structured role this could be a great fit for you.
Your day will involve receiving invoices and inputting data into our systems following specific formats always verifying that everything entered is complete and correct. Youll also communicate with vendors and internal team members to clarify or confirm information when needed.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks will Include :
- Entering accounts payable data into our system with speed and accuracy
- Receiving and registering documents for processing
- Storing and maintaining data in organized digital formats
