Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client's sales team in Red Deer, AB, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic sales plans. This role requires you to have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Pay Rate : $ 22.00 / hour
  • Location : Red Deer, AB

    • Responsibilities :

  • Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities, targeting potential clients that could benefit from our services.
  • Conduct both cold and warm calls to introduce our services, understand client needs, and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Schedule and perform thorough walkthroughs of client premises to assess their cleaning requirements and provide accurate service quotes.
  • Ensure proper understanding of client expectations by scheduling and completing pre-service previews.
  • Work closely with the Regional Director to assign Local Franchisees (LFs) to projects and determine appropriate pricing for each client.

    • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Preferred candidates will have previous experience in sales roles (such as commercial cleaning, real estate, or car sales) where success is driven by consistently securing new business and maintaining a pipeline to earn monthly commissions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrated success in generating sales, achieving targets, and growing business.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive light, leaving a lasting impression on clients.
  • Capable of making sound decisions and providing appropriate recommendations based on client needs and company capabilities.
  • Strong ability to listen attentively to client needs, refrain from interrupting, and engage in thoughtful dialogue.
  • Ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients through trust, reliability, and exceptional service.
  • Treat clients and colleagues with the utmost respect and professionalism at all times.
  • Embrace a customer-centric approach, promoting humility and dedication to service excellence.
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
