Customer Care Representative

Connect Hearing Canada is offering an entry level, full‑time, 3‑month contract position (possibility of extension) for a Customer Care Representative.

Location : Mission, BC – Reporting to Regional Clinic Manager.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Schedule appointments and organize files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals.
• Manage and maintain client accounts while building relationships.
• Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third‑party billing operations.
• Assist with cleanings and minor in‑clinic device repairs (training provided).
