Job descriptionInvoice Processing : Accurately process a large volume of invoices, ensuring correct coding and approvals. Vendor Payments : Ensure timely and accurate payments while maintaining positive vendor relationships. Reconciliation & Reporting : Reconcile accounts payable transactions, investigate discrepancies, and assist with month-end financial reporting. Compliance & Documentation : Maintain organized records and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures. Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment and invoice inquiries. Process Improvement : Identify and implement efficiency improvements in the accounts payable process. 3+ years of experience in high-volume accounts payable processing . Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and financial best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards, or similar). Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization with high-volume transactions. Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations . Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
