Our client, a leader in the restoration industry with over 18 offices across Western Canada, is seeking a talented Accounting Manager to join their corporate team in Coquitlam, BC . Reporting directly to the Controller, this role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What You’ll Do :

Prepare and review monthly / annual financial reports, variance analyses, and reconciliations.
Oversee month-end full-cycle accounting duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities.
Collaborate on mapping and setting up accounts for a new accounting system.
Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal filing requirements.
Contribute to process improvements and integration projects.

What You Bring :

Canadian CPA designation (required).

Experience with high-volume job costing and multiple ERP systems.

Advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical mindset.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to acquisitions and public practice experience is a plus.
