Job description
Our client, company in the agri-food sector, is looking for an accounting clerk for a temporary mandate of 4 to 6 weeks.
Job description :
- Enter and record supplier invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
- Verify the accuracy of accounting data with supporting documents;
- Process payments and follow up on bank transactions;
- Perform bank reconciliations and identify any discrepancies;
- File and archive accounting documents in an organized manner;
- Ensure that accounting databases are up to date and accurate;
- Generate financial and accounting reports using Business Central;
- Collaborate with accounting team to ensure compliance of financial records;
- Respect established procedures and deadlines for data processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (asset)
- DEP or DEC in accounting
- Accounting experience
- Autonomy, organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
