SUMMARY
The person in this position has the main responsibility of supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Billing of revenues;
- Cash receipts;
- Collections;
- Complete accounts payable cycle;
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and backlogs with the purchasing department;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Support for the payroll team;
- Assist the accounting department at month-end;
- Participation in the annual audit;
- Any other related tasks
