About the Opportunity

• Review and validate incoming project expenditure claim requests for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance prior to payment processing

Assess submitted program budgets to ensure alignment with eligible expense guidelines and organizational policy

Analyze program-level commitments and spending trends to support effective financial oversight

Participate in financial close processes, providing insight into trends, anomalies, and significant transactions

Ensure accurate recognition of revenue in accordance with GAAP; maintain accurate expense records including accruals and reconciliations

Translate complex financial data into concise, accessible reports for leadership and other stakeholders

Respond to financial inquiries from internal and external contacts, providing timely and well-supported guidance

Generate and review financial and program-related reports to inform strategic and operational decision-making

Assist with balancing workload across the team by supporting various process workflows as needed

Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and operational efficiency through regular analysis

Support audit preparation by assembling documentation and schedules as directed by senior finance leadership

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance

Reconcile project expenditure data across internal systems, including ERP and MIS platforms

Perform other finance-related duties and project support as assigned

About You

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, program accounting, or a related role

Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar financial software

Familiarity with project-based financial tracking and reporting

Knowledge of GAAP and financial controls

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range

$27 - $29  / hour
