Job descriptionCompletion of an Accounting Program – College or University Related work experience in public accounting or within a small to medium sized business would be an asset High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and technical competencies to execute work at the direction received up front from other experienced staff using Caseware / Caseview, TaxPrep, QuickBooks Online and / or any other tax preparation software. Any prior experience with these programs is an asset Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, project management and organizational skills Ability to detect and solve problems Sound judgement regarding confidential information and sensitive matters Professional manner, strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of a client-focused fast paced work environment including related deadlines and the ability to work to consistently meet those deadlines The ability to accept feedback and apply feedback to future engagements wellness and fitness incentives, flex time, and

Your role
- Execution and completion of a wide range of Audit, Review and Compilation engagements, both independently and as part of a team
- Analyze financial information, accounting processes and operational procedures; provide account reconciliations and propose adjusting entries
- Preparation of personal, corporate, non-profit organization information and charitable tax returns
- Collaborate with peers and senior management on file planning and completion within time constraints
- Provide personal, attentive service to clients to encourage productive working relationships
