• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public practice in accounting, serving small to medium sized owner‑managed businesses.
• Completed CPA designation, or nearing completion.
• Strong technical skills in accounting and tax.
• A demonstrated commitment to excellence with attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and critical‑thinking abilities.
