We seek a Strategic Account Manager to join our BidNet team under the SOVRA brand and support our GovTech sector. This role is focused on managing and growing strategic relationships within the public sector. You will drive client satisfaction, revenue retention, and account growth through strategic engagement, commercial acumen, and value delivery.
What will your primary responsibilities look like?
Revenue Retention & Renewal :
- Own the customer lifecycle, focusing on renewals, retention, and long-term value realization.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks through strategic engagement and value delivery.
