This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to play a pivotal role in growing our residential client portfolio, creating lasting relationships, and driving sustainable energy solutions for homeowners across Fredericton , NB.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of solar energy projects. You will be required to meet a monthly sales target of 6 signed contracts, ensuring a strong pipeline while also working with other teams to maintain seamless project delivery.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing business opportunities with residential clients across various sectors. You will work closely with a team of experts and lead the development of solar energy solutions that not only support financial savings but also contribute significantly to sustainability goals.
This is a salaried position offering a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives, along with excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition : Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating new leads and converting them into signed contracts. Consistently meet a target of72 contractsper year (6 per month) through a consultative approach and strategic outreach.
- Sales Execution & Performance Tracking : Lead sales efforts from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Present customized solar solutions to residential clients, articulating their financial and environmental benefits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Operations, Project Management, Design, and Finance teams to deliver seamless project execution. Manage client data and interactions within CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday.com, SharePoint) for efficient follow-ups and reporting.
- Pipeline & Territory Management : Manage a defined sales territory, proactively identifying opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Track performance, monitor progress, and optimize sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support, follow-ups, and expert guidance throughout the sales process and project lifecycle.
- Market Outreach & Engagement : Attend home shows, engage in community events, and schedule evening appointments (2 nights per week) to maximize availability for potential clients.
