Are you an energetic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for IT staffing? Altis Technology is on the search for a dynamic Account Executive based in Western Canada to join our growing team! If you have 3+ years of experience in the IT staffing industry and a knack for building lasting relationships, this is your chance to take your career to the next level!
Your main responsibilities will include but may not be limited to :
- Actively engaging with clients and responsible for expanding our presence in the Western Canada marketplace.
- Identifying new clients and business opportunities to pursue.
- Listening and drawing out the concerns and problems of clients to identify staffing solutions.
- Calling into former clients to assess current business needs.
- Utilizing to identify prospects and set up meetings.
- Preparing and delivering presentations on staffing services.
- Preparing and reporting on goals, sales, and prospects.
- Participating in networking events and conferences on behalf of the company.
- Negotiating and closing deals; handling complaints or objections.
- Pursuing Vendor Agreements and staying on top of renewal dates.
- Retaining clients by providing superior customer service and staffing support.
- Ensuring we don’t miss opportunities for new business with existing accounts.
- Mushrooming existing users to generate new business and grow sales.
- Cross-selling to identify opportunities for other divisions.
- Marketing strong candidate resources based on client needs.
- Resolving any issues that come up throughout the placement process.
- Conducting after placement service calls and visits with both candidates and clients.
- Visiting top users on a quarterly basis.
- Adhering to our high level of service standards and delivery.
