Position Overview

We are seeking a Municipal Account Manager with a strong interest in heavy equipment and relationship-driven sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting municipal accounts, representing well-established and innovative brands in specialized municipal equipment.

This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands municipal realities and enjoys building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of municipal clients

  • Promote and sell equipment from Greentech, Shearex, Energreen, and Raymo

  • Understand the technical and operational needs of municipalities

  • Prepare quotes, tenders, RFP responses, and commercial proposals

  • Ensure strong after-sales follow-up and maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with technical and service teams

  • Conduct client visits and equipment demonstrations

  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and municipal meetings

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment or municipal equipment

  • Solid understanding of the municipal sector (major asset)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong autonomy, organization, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Bilingual (French / English) – an asset depending on territory
