Role Overview :
As an Account Executive , you will drive high-quality user growth for SharpStakes by managing the full sales cycle —from engaging warm leads to closing sign-ups and ensuring users get value from the platform. You will also build and manage relationships with higher-value users and community groups, helping SharpStakes grow sustainably in the Toronto market.
What You’ll Do :
- Convert warm leads into active, engaged SharpStakes users through calls, DMs, and in-person meetings.
- Manage the full sales process, ensuring users complete sign-up, onboarding, and initial activation.
- Build relationships with higher-value users, communities (e.g., campus groups, leagues), and local influencers to drive bulk sign-ups.
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive deeper engagement with the platform.
- Track and report key metrics, including sign-ups, activation rates, and retention data.
- Share user feedback with the team to improve the product and user experience.
