Channel Account Manager (RV and Marine) / Inside Sales Coordinator

Position : Channel Account Manager (RV and Marine) / Inside Sales Coordinator

Reports To : Senior Customer Success Manager

Start Date : November 2025 (ASAP)

Our products fuel everything from alternative energy systems to marine vessels, communications gear, and beyond.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused account manager to grow our presence in the RV and marine industry and drive customer success.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing and expanding relationships with a defined portfolio of key accounts and distributors.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and executing growth strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service, resolve challenges, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Providing leadership within the sales team and supporting the development of junior account managers.
  • Maintain, strengthen, and grow existing customer relationships through regular contact and value-driven engagement.
  • Develop and execute customized sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular updates on key metrics and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and position products for success in new and existing markets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to promote brand visibility and business development.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales and Industry Managers to align account strategies with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to build sales capability and teamwork.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process and efficiency enhancements.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or channel development, ideally in power solutions, electronics, industrial, or technology-driven B2B markets.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and grow revenue through distribution channel management, OEM sales, or high-value account development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort managing both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Technical awareness and the ability to understand and communicate product concepts effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, forecast, and adjust sales approaches as needed.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and a willingness to travel within North America (approx. 25%).
