The Network will act as a single window provider giving businesses and academic researchers access to infrastructure and leading-edge expertise in the field. The Network will be managed in a concerted manner by MG University, the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal (IRCM), and Sherbrooke University. The three platforms are :

The network may be extended to other platforms over time, depending on needs and technological developments. Core responsibilities The Network’s director will manage efforts in order to guarantee an easy access to the platforms and ensure the quality of the services being provided. Experience in research on RNA as well as industrial manufacturing will be considered highly valued selection criteria. The Network’s director will play an important role in the success of this initiative. His / her core responsibilities will include the following : Business development and industry liaison

Hiring and place of employment : The appointee for this position will be employed by MG University and will serve the needs of the entire Network, reporting to its Governance Committee. The initial term is three years, renewable. The primary workplace is MG and occasionally, the Director will have to be present at Université de Sherbrooke and IRCM. Expected start date January 2025.
