As General Manager, Academic, you will lead the global growth and success of Henry Schein One’s Academic Product portfolio. With full P&L accountability, you’ll drive revenue, profitability, and market share through innovative sales and marketing strategies, operational excellence, and customer success.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can scale SaaS businesses internationally, build and inspire cross-functional teams, and strengthen our partnerships across academic institutions, dental distributors, and global industry bodies. You will be responsible for ensuring Henry Schein One continues to set the standard for academic dental software worldwide.

The posted range for this position is CAD $220000 – CAD $245000, representing the expected starting base salary for candidates from entry-level proficiency in the role through to highly experienced. Final offers will be determined based on a combination of prior experience, skills, education, and market alignment.
