Lifemark Seniors Wellness presents an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team!

Location : Summerland, BC

Status : 16 hours / week, flexible hours available

Pay range : $55 - $65 / hour

In this role, you will :

• Perform clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments, specialized seating and positioning assessments.
• Identify appropriate equipment needs and initiate recommendations.
• Consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and complete applications / funding letters to the Ministry of Health, insurance agencies, and other funding parties.

Qualifications :

Mandatory requirements : Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check and proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance (within 6 months).
