Job Description

  • Dispatch work efficiently to technicians based on skill level and shop capacity
  • Monitor technician productivity and workflow throughout the day
  • Ensure repair orders are prioritized and completed on schedule
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts Department and the Technician Team
  • Manage shop loading and balance work distribution
  • Candidate to be trained to become Internal Service Advisor
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient operations
  • Monitor turnaround times and identify workflow bottlenecks
  • Support the Service Manager with daily operational needs

Qualifications

  • Pleasant, organized and professional
  • Experience as a Tower Operator, Dispatcher, or Shop Foreman preferred
  • Previous dealership or automotive service experience an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership DMS experience is an asset
  • Strong understanding of automotive service operations


Additional Information

  • This is a full time position. Schedule will be Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8 hours/day.
