This role is responsible for coordinating crews, estimating and planning work, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping grow the business by identifying new opportunities.
The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing field operations with planning, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Crew Management
Organize, schedule, and manage crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standardsCoordinate daily and weekly work plans across multiple projectsEnsure teams have the required tools, equipment, materials, and supplies before work beginsEstimating & Planning
Review project requirements and prepare accurate job estimatesPlan labour, materials, and timelines for upcoming workMonitor job progress, costs, and productivity to maintain profitabilityCustomer Service & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service issuesResolve issues professionally and promptly to maintain strong client relationshipsConduct site visits and follow-ups as requiredTeam Leadership
Hire, onboard, and train staffProvide ongoing coaching, direction, and performance feedbackFoster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environmentBusiness Growth & Future Planning
Identify new business opportunities, repeat customers, and potential marketsSupport long-term planning and continuous improvement of operations and processesRecommend improvements to workflows, materials, or servicesQualifications & Experience
