Inventory Clerk – Saint-Laurent (Montreal)
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr
Location: Saint-Laurent, Montreal (must be comfortable relocating to Montreal East within 5 months)
Shift: 7am to 4:30pm

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inventory Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team in Saint-Laurent. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on inventory control experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management
• Maintain accurate filing systems and inventory documentation
• Liaise between warehouse operations and clients, providing daily communication and required reports
• Verify physical inventory counts against Warehouse Management System (WMS) records
• Perform and schedule cycle counts, incidental audits, and location audits
• Investigate and report inventory variances
• Coordinate and participate in scheduled physical inventories as directed by the client
• Process damaged inventory and complete month-end cutoff procedures
• Support management with space utilization and inventory availability planning
• Deliver prompt client responses and escalate feedback appropriately

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of secondary school preferred
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Inventory Control experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Red Prairie (RP)
• Clamp experience considered an asset
