The Welder plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring company vehicles, equipment, and inventory experience minimal downtime. This position is part of our dedicated maintenance team and directly supports safe, efficient, and productive field operations.

Location & Schedule

• Based out of our Cranbrook, BC Headquarters
• Schedule is generally Monday to Friday, with flexibility depending on project needs
• Regional travel to job sites as required
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required depending on project needs

How Youll Contribute

As a Welder at MacKay, youll be hands-on in maintaining and rebuilding the equipment that keeps our projects moving. Your skills will directly impact equipment reliability, jobsite safety, and operational efficiency. Youll work both independently and as part of a team, applying technical expertise, problem-solving, and craftsmanship to real-world challenges.
