We're expanding fast and looking for an E-Commerce & Marketing Associate to join our team. This isn't a corporate cubicle job; it's a dynamic, creative role where you'll shape how our products move from concept to customer and help scale an exciting brand that's making real impact.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated E-Commerce & Marketing Associate who wants to learn fast, build real skills, and grow with a startup.

You don’t need to be an expert—but you do need a foundation in either:

• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, listings, analytics, backend operations)
• Marketing (content, social media, email, ads, branding, creative execution)

What You’ll Be Doing

E-Commerce

• Managing and updating Shopify and Amazon listings
• Uploading products, optimizing product pages, images, and descriptions
• Supporting inventory, launches, promotions, and backend operations
• Reviewing sales data and learning how to optimize performance

Marketing

• Assisting with digital content production (Amazon, Shopify, Social Media, Email)
• Helping plan and execute marketing campaigns and launches
• Working with the graphic designer on creative assets (copy, visuals, ideas, trends)

Growth & Learning

• Learning new tools (analytics, ads, email platforms, AI tools, automation)
• Taking ownership of projects as your skills grow
• Developing into a more senior role over time (E-commerce Manager, Marketing Manager, or Hybrid Growth Role)

Who This Is For

• Early in their career (or switching paths) and wants real experience
• Curious, motivated, and proactive
• Enjoys both creative work and structured problem-solving
• Comfortable learning by doing (and sometimes figuring things out as we go)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable with technology and learning new tools
• Clear communication and a positive, growth-focused mindset

Bonus (not required)

• Canva, Figma, or basic design skills
• Copywriting or content experience
• Interest in wellness, supplements, or consumer brands
