Production Line Worker - Overnight

Position Title : Production Line Worker – Overnight Shift

Length of Contract : 1 year

Location : Ottawa, ON

Benefits : 4% vacation premium

Schedule : 6 : 30 PM – 6 : 30 AM

Overview of Role

As a Production Line Worker, you are responsible for overseeing the proper function of assembly lines. The ideal candidate for this role has technical abilities, is detail oriented, and has great time management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all actions required in the operation of the Klockner machine to produce calibration packs (calpaks) according to established policies and procedures
• Evaluate quality and productivity problems to minimize defects and maximize throughout
• Make required material changes in a timely manner to minimize lost processing time
• Record accurate, legible data in a timely manner at all points in the process, in accordance with documented procedures and GMP standards and practices
• Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Safeguard the environment and facilitate a safe and healthy workplace culture
• Miscellaneous other duties as may be required
