The challenges that await you
Under the wastewater treatment division chief, you are responsible for planning various works and operations related to your department's mandate. In this capacity, you plan, analyze, and control maintenance and updating programs for the infrastructure and operations of your department's assets, ensuring that the personnel assigned to operations can perform their work effectively, efficiently, and adequately, while respecting the operational needs and budget of each division. You ensure the technical and administrative follow-up and coordination of various programs within your area of expertise.
You act as a super user in computer-assisted maintenance management (CAMM). You coordinate activities related to the implementation and updating of methodology, processes, and tools, as well as the development, dissemination, and application of best practices in asset maintenance within your field of activities. You develop, implement, and communicate performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of maintenance programs, operations, and the distribution and use of equipment.
In this capacity, you ensure the smooth running of programs to achieve the performance and quality objectives set by management, taking into account the strategic planning of the Service.
