Engineering Manager

About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will be the key leader responsible for driving the technical execution and quality standards necessary for successful, on‑time delivery. You will partner closely with Product Management to align the technical roadmap with business priorities, oversee project execution, set technical direction, uphold rigorous quality and operational standards, attract, nurture, coach, and retain world‑class engineering talent, and define engineering standards to help build the strategic vision for our organization in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Technical Delivery & Accountability

• Drive technical execution of the roadmap, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high‑quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to manage the technical roadmap, balancing feature development, technical debt, and operational stability.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client and internal stakeholders, communicating progress, managing expectations, and mitigating technical risks.
• Be accountable for the quality of the team’s deliverables, contributing to defining engineering quality standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural context to unblock the team and ensure scalable solutions.

What We Offer

Salary Range : $81,049—$99,934 USD

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
