As our demand grows, we're looking to add an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to our team.

The Role: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgency Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and general support Assist with job setup and customer onboarding Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure accurate scheduling and service delivery Track and update customer information through CRM systems Identify customer needs and recommend solutions, services, or additional support options Support outbound follow-up initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new opportunities Gather customer insights and report trends to the leadership team Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or multi-trade environments is an asset Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Comfortable learning new software and mobile applications Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (drug, dental, vision, RRSP matching) Regular company events and team-building activities An opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company What’s the Bullet Difference?
