Make an impact with our Accounting Services team as a T1 Seasonal Admin Support. This diverse team of professionals performs a variety of duties in support of our firm’s business operations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify challenges, problem solve and drive efficiencies while contributing to the success of our firm and our clients.
This opportunity is for a term, ending May 15, 2026.

Responsibilities
- Manage Personal Tax email inbox
- Update Personal T1 program
- Email electronic personal tax return packages to clients
- Assemble client's personal tax return packages and records
- Prepare client packages for mail out
- Other tax related and / or administrative responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Experience
Tax return assembly experience is preferred, but not requiredProficiency using computersStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to work effectively as a teamOvertime hours may be required (evening and weekends)This role requires you to be in the officeCore Competencies and Personal Characteristics
