The employer we are recruiting for, a major player in the Canadian banking industry, is currently looking to hire a bilingual Paralegal to handle customer claims, dissatisfactions and recriminations lodged against the institution and/or its representatives.

As this role can be occupied 100% remotely, professionals from across Canada are invited to apply!

The candidate sought will have outstanding writing skills, in English & French and investigative experience (gathering facts and evidence, comprehensive analysis, issuing decision in writing) as well as knowledge of banking and/or financial investment fields.

Candidates with a legal background are particularly attractive to this employer, but they should be aware that this is not a traditional Paralegal role, nor is it reserved exclusively for such professionals.
