Digital Marketing Specialist at Cryopak
The Digital Marketing Specialist will create engaging marketing copy, author industry-related blog articles, and promote content across multiple social media channels. The role encompasses leading the strategy across digital platforms, generating traffic and leads, and managing the full visual and written content lifecycle for marketing materials, websites, and trade show displays. Success will be measured by increased brand visibility, web traffic, and lead generation.
Essential Job Functions
- Execute marketing programs such as email, events, social media, and content marketing.
- Oversee social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) and maintain and produce content for the company’s accounts.
- Manage the social media publishing calendar through HubSpot.
- Oversee the company website, implement an SEO strategy, and manage all visual and written content.
- Develop and maintain the Amazon eStore shop appearance.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date high‑resolution photo database of in‑house brand products.
- Ensure all products/brands are kept up to date.
- Create and update marketing flyers, product sheets, white papers, and PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams.
- Oversee and update all printed materials, signage, and website pages.
- Create and maintain all display materials for trade shows.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity.
- Design visuals according to needs.
- Participate in completing assigned projects, prioritizing tasks across web development, social media, graphic design, photography, videography, signage, and research.
- Develop and manage social media content and marketing programs.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Complete special projects as required.
- Plan projects and define budget constraints.
- Prepare drafts and present ideas.
Minimum Requirements
- A degree in Digital Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Required experience with WordPress.
- Knowledge of design software and technologies (MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva).
- Bilingual in English and French (50% French, 50% English).
