The Human Capital (HC) team at PwC Canada includes Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Talent Management professionals. The HC team's vision is to attract, develop, reward and manage diverse and authentic leaders, at all levels, who build strong relationships and serve our clients well. We do this by partnering with our business leaders to engage and retain our people through listening to their needs and designing innovative solutions. Our goal is to ensure PwC remains an employer of choice and delivers a unique experience. The Development pillar of HC focuses on learning & development (L&D) methods (supporting learning needs assessment, leading edge design, development and delivery techniques, technology learning support, learning management systems, program effectiveness metrics and evaluation, and global knowledge sharing), Line of Service (LoS) technical L&D solutions and Firmwide non-technical L&D solutions. The L&D Digital & Operations team is a subset of this pillar. Reporting directly to the L&D Digital and Operations Leader and L&D Managers / Senior Managers, the L&D Senior Associate will work on the national implementation and delivery of training programs across Canada. This will be accomplished with support from the Learning and Development Shared Service Center, Meeting and Event Services, the Operations teams as well as liaising with colleagues in Resource Management, Campus & Recruiting and Human Resources. The L&D Digital and Operations Senior Associate will collaborate closely with national and local L&D members and will require a desire to become knowledgeable about the full range of programs at PwC. The role will also support the production of reports and implementation of new systems and process enhancements. The opportunity for development and professional growth is high within this team as responsibilities cover a range of projects, programs and stakeholders.
