Description

• Contribute to the day-to-day process of Trade Confirmations and deliver quality documents in a time efficient manner
• Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of Trade Confirmations
• Apply knowledge of Trade Confirmation platform, processes and regulations and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
• Actively engage with legal and front office teams to develop and maintain working relationships, build an understanding of client needs and deliver optimal service
• Represent the team as the first point of escalation for customers / business partners
• Handel and coach the team to ensure operational issues are handled appropriately and participate in the negotiation and resolution of significant internal and / or external issues
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen the team
• Analyze issues, conduct investigations, and contribute to audit reviews; assist in performing project testing
• Contribute to process improvements and innovations using automation tools
• Support industry driven projects (T, IBOR transition, etc.) and product onboarding initiatives
