Job Overview :
We are a growing sales agency dedicated to delivering personalized insurance solutions and exceptional client experiences. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated and results-oriented Life & Health insurance representative to join our dynamic team.
You will play a critical role in providing tailored life and health insurance solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Applicants should have experience working with clients in the Life & Health space and be prepared to discuss their plan for generating leads and growing the client base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide personalized solutions, and offer expert guidance on life and health insurance products.
- Sales and Service : Attract new clients and cross-sell additional products (or uncover additional product opportunities) to existing clients. Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Accountability for Results : Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Client Retention : Conduct Annual Insurance Reviews and make policy changes for existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive the best possible coverage to suit their evolving needs.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to team objectives, and maintain a positive, supportive team environment.
- Tough Conversations : Confidently manage difficult conversations regarding claims, premiums, or coverage changes, maintaining professionalism and empathy while finding the best solutions for clients.
- Compliance : Ensure all interactions and transactions are in line with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications :
LLQP is required.Financial designation such as CFP or CLU are considered assets.Proven experience in Life and Health insurance sales or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Ability to manage tough conversations with confidence and professionalism.Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of Life & Health insurance products, regulations, and best practices in Ontario.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.What We Offer :

Compensation :
50,000 - $100,000 / year total direct compensation (salary plus bonus), employer-paid group benefits.
