Territory Manager

Position Overview :

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected global healthcare organization in the search for a Territory Manager to support continued growth across Western Canada. This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys combining strategic territory planning with hands-on customer engagement. The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding access to innovative treatment solutions across both specialist and primary care settings.

In this role, you will manage an established network of specialist accounts while introducing new products to a broader healthcare audience. You will be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping healthcare providers adopt treatment options that improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on sustainable growth and customer engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with specialist clinics while expanding connections within primary care and community healthcare settings
  • Deliver educational programs and clinical information sessions to healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines
  • Identify new business opportunities and support clinics transitioning from competitive products
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, medical affairs, and supply chain to ensure a strong customer experience
  • Manage promotional resources responsibly and evaluate activities based on measurable outcomes
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs

Requirements :

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales
  • Strong planning, organization, and territory management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with healthcare professionals and clinic stakeholders
  • Comfort analyzing sales data and identifying growth opportunities
  • University degree in science, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
