JOB OVERVIEW
Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Technical Engineer / officer. Reporting to the Senior Manager Performance Engineering, this position is responsible to contribute to Ontario Power Generation by monitoring and analyzing electrical systems and plant information in collaborating with other sections within Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Work Control – Online / Outage / Refurbishment, Projects, and external stakeholders to identify trends; providing troubleshooting solutions; and advocating for opportunities to improve system health. As a member of the system engineering team, the role will include support for both the operating station along with the Darlington Refurbishment Project.

The base salary range considers many factors including, but not limited to experience, education, and training, including any collective agreement requirements for union represented positions.
