Compensation : $40,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities :
Represent and advocate for clients in residential and / or commercial real estate transactions , providing expert guidance from start to finishConduct in-depth buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs, goals, and timelinesCoordinate and manage property showings , open houses , and timely follow-ups to nurture client relationshipsLeverage company-provided leads and actively manage prospects through CRM systems to build and maintain a robust client pipelinePrepare and deliver professional Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and persuasive listing presentationsDraft and negotiate offers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic advantage throughout the contract processCollaborate with our in-house marketing team to develop your personal brand and increase market visibilityParticipate in weekly training sessions , workshops, and team mastermind meetings to continuously elevate your skillsStay current with market trends , new inventory, and developments within your local real estate marketEnsure full compliance with RECA , EREB , and brokerage policies while upholding the highest ethical and professional standardsQualifications :
Must be a licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta , in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)Member or eligible for membership with the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB) and the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA)Genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to building long-term client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsHighly self-driven, coachable , and results-oriented with a strong work ethicComfortable with technology; familiarity with CRM systems and digital productivity tools is an assetFlexible availability , including evenings and weekends, to meet client needsPrevious experience in sales or customer service is considered a strong assetAbout Company
