Role Description
Looking for a reliable individual with a strong, established work history. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Guelph ON. The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of SHOE PER, ensuring smooth store management and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, ensuring sales targets are met, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. The role also involves assisting in employee training and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
