YOUR ROLE:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide administrative support to the team;

• Reproduce, modify and format lenghty documents of various types (texts, tables, images) ans complexities;

• Correct documents in French and English;

• Proofread, layout and check documents;

• Collaborate in the translation of documents.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience in a similar position as an assistant in a professional environment;

• Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English:

• Proficiency in the advanced functions of Microsoft Office and Windows, particularly in document formatting;

• Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading, spelling and grammar skills in French and English;

• Strong sense of organization and priority management, teamwork and proactivity;

• Experience as an assistant in a translation sector, an asset.
