The Role

Join the highâimpact Finance team at Iconic Wineries of British Columbia where youll help shape business planning across our vineyard production guestâexperience and the rest of its operations. Were looking for a curious analytically minded Finance Analyst who wants to grow contribute and learn inside a dynamic FP&A this role youll support everything from reporting and dashboards to planning cycles and business partnering all while being coached by a collaborative and experienced finance team.

• Build maintain and improve financial and operational dashboards using TM1 Excel Power BI and similar tools.
• Analyze KPIs and highlight performance trends risks and opportunities.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders across the business.
• Partner closely with operating teams to understand their data needs and support decisionâmaking.
• Support annual planning budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Conduct adâhoc financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Continuously improve tools processes and data quality.
• Respond to month-end and year-end finance / audit queries.
