Description de posteMonitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Set staff work schedules Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Participate in marketing plans and implementation Address customers' complaints or concerns Manage events Prepare and submit reports Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Maintain sales records for inventory control Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Establish operational procedures Develop public relations and promotional programs Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience : 5 years or more Responsible Beverage Service Certificate Serving It Right Certificate More than 20 people Responsible Beverage Service Certificate Serving It Right Certificate Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Client focus Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Team player Ability to multitask Time management Leadership Evening Morning Hours : 40 hours per week Work Term : Permanent Work Language : English Dental plan Health care plan
