Responsible for completing root cause analysis of incidences for applications Responsible for completing problem tasks resulting from RCAs for applications Executes on all Operational Expectations Leads in the restoration of services for P1 & P2 crises Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years equivalent work experience) 3 of experience as a Linux, Java Application Developer 2+ years of software development experience involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle Minimum 7 years in programming and systems design Broad knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, processes and controls Strong organizational skills – ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of IT controllership methodologies and standards; demonstrated experience though project execution compliant with systems development life cycle methodology Technical, development expertise in all technologies in area of concentration. Job Description
We are seeking for an Application Lead to join the Information Technology team. The Application Lead is responsible for :
- high level and low-level estimates for PEERs. Is responsible for design of PEER solutions.
- oversight and quality delivery of enhancement work completed by outsource providers.
- Coordinate production releases with the team and the business and ensure the business and IT leadership are informed of all releases.
