Patient Services Specialist

Job Description

FYi doctors - Peace River clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist. This part‑time role requires 20‑29 hours per week. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

You will play a critical role by delivering world‑class service to the patients and will often be the first point of contact. You will be responsible for front‑desk reception, pre‑testing duties, and should have a passion for people and exceptional customer service.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
• Administering pre‑testing services
• Upholding excellent customer service standards
