Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years or more experience in sales, customer service, or another people-focused role
- Strong communication skills and comfort with email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Positive, resilient, and eager to learn through coaching and hands-on practice
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage activity targets and follow-up
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and general prospecting tools is an asset
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Conduct light market research to understand target accounts, buyer personas, and key industriesGenerate leads through outbound emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and social sellingBuild, adapt, and personalize outreach messages and simple outbound campaignsUse multiple prospecting channels to engage potential clients and spark interestMaintain accurate notes and activity tracking in our CRMLead Qualification & Handoffs
Engage prospects to understand their needs, interest level, and potential fitQualify leads based on basic criteria and hand off strong opportunities to Account ExecutivesNurture early-stage leads with consistent follow-up and relevant informationTeam Collaboration & Reporting
