Location : 3 days on-site, Longueuil, QCYour NewpanyOur client, a major public‑sector organization, is seeking a Junior Project Manager – Project Controller (PCO) for a twelve (12)‑month mandate, with a strong possibility of extension. You will join a collaborative team based in Longueuil, working in a hybrid model (remote + on‑site), with a 35‑hour workweek.

Your New RoleAs a Junior Project Manager / PCO, you will support project managers in the administrative, financial, and operational tracking of projects. Your main responsibilities include :

• Assisting project managers with updating data for each file in the integrated AIDI platform.
• Monitoring the work plan and financial plan for each project.
• Performing regular budget tracking in close collaboration with project managers.
• Tracking financial indicators and key milestones of the work plan.
• Identifying budget variances and rmending corrective actions.
• Reporting any concerns regarding deadlines, ongoing tasks, or expected oues.
• Supporting users in the use of the AIDI platform as well as in various administrative or technical tasks.
• Ensuringpliance with requirements related to deadlines, budgets, and approved decisions.
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all collected information.
