The opportunity
Our client, a food-tech company, founded on a mission to nourish people at a lower cost, a better value, and a greater selection, has a vision to bring the best to your kitchens. As they scale, they are looking for new team members who share their passion for food, customer experience, and quality to join them as Store Associates (working 40 hours / week)
You will ensure customers receive the highest quality product, accurately filling their orders and providing a seamless experience.
A small portion of each shift will be spent moving orders and stock in / out of cold storage walk-in space. Of course, it can be cold, even if for a few mins per shift, but you will be provided with the right gear to stay warm!

You will expand your skills, work across the functions, and assist with training new hires. You will be optimally positioned to move into a Team Lead or Store Manager role as needed, and over into other areas of supply chain and logistics as operations grow.
